Waitlist

You can join the waitlist for our Fabled Nights, Twilight and Duet boxes here (Join our Wait List – Fabled Co).

Our waitlist length does vary but we are committed to offering as many subscription spots as possible.

Waitlist offers typically start hitting inboxes from 20th of the month. Sometimes we start sending them out early – particularly if we have a particularly popular author or book coming up.

If you are unsure whether you are on the waitlist or not there are two ways you are find out. You can try joining again. If you are already on the waitlist the system will let you know and if your waitlist sign up goes through then you've just joined!

This is our FANTASY ROMANCE subscription box. (adult themes with light spice)

This box is for lovers of fantasy who like a hint or sprinkling of romance and spice so maximum story with minimal spice but all the feels!

Each month we will advertise the book and author hints, a sneak peek at a few of the book art details plus spice ratings, and any trigger warnings.

All trigger warnings will be clearly provided with the monthly book details. This will give everyone ample opportunity to skip if needed.

Do not go any further if you are easily offended! This is an ADULT ONLY subscription book! There will be hotness, naughtiness and and some dark and dangerous sexy reads!

This box is for lovers of romance in all its splendour!

From contemporary to fantasy to dark romance this box will bring an exciting newly released or first edition book from some of our favourite authors to your door every month.

This is our DUET subscription box. This subscription includes BOTH:

Dark romance is a subgenre of romance novels with darker themes and mature content.

These stories come with intense trigger warnings, morally-gray characters and plots riddled with trauma and violence.

Fabled provides trigger warnings as a guide.

We hate that it has to be said but ultimately you are responsible for your own reading choices. We will work hard to provide a selection of books and all the information you need to make a safe and healthy choice for you but at no time will Fabled nor any member of our team be responsible for Fabled Nights books that got out of hand for you!

1 - Dash of Spice. Sex is had, but not in graphic detail. There is obvious sensuality and sexuality.

2 – Pinch of Spice. HEA type intense with some angst and a few twists and turns but more of a super sexy comfort read.

3 – Medium spice. Sex is had, in detail. This is a sexy book, and no one is complaining! It might be non-traditional sex.

4 – Spicy! You will definitely need an ice cold drink and the aircon on to cope with this one. The is heavy and detailed, full of heat and yes, you may need to walk it off every now and again.

5 – HOT HOT HOT Spice! Think heavy breathing, sweating and fanning yourself as you read! And yes this can be triggering and confronting or just straight up make you question your view of the world!

Signing Up To My First Subscription Box

When you receive your Wait List Offer you will be given the option of all three boxes...Nights, Twilight and the combined Duet.

We recommend you read through your Wait List offer email thoroughly as there is heaps of information in there including box month, shipping and deduction details.

Unfortunately because we are based in Australia, it isn’t uncommon for our international customers to experience payment issues due to their bank blocking the payment for protection/safety reasons. Please contact your bank to check if they have placed any protection/safety blocks.

We recommend you copy and paste the password from your emailed Wait List Offer.

Please note the password to access the subscriptions is not your personal account log in password.

Themes And Reveals

Our theme reveals our sent our to subscribers in our monthly newsletter FABLEDISH.

We send this out around 6 weeks prior to deductions for the box in the newsletter so our subscribers have plenty of time to find out book details, update any account details or make decisions about their subscription.

We share plenty of information on the author and book – most times without naming names.

All the information we provide can be used to easily find the title we are planning to feature without spoiling for those who like the surprise.

We also provide a spice rating and trigger warnings to ensure all readers are able to make the choice of if a book is suitable for their personal taste.

On some occasions we do announce the specific author, book title or even reveal the cover.

Making Changes To Your Subscription

To change you address please log in to your account.

Click on the address tab and update your billing and shipping address as needed.

Please note this does not change your address on any already processing orders. To update these you will need to email us at help@fabledco.au

You will need to contact us PRIOR TO SHIPPING to update your address on a processing order.

Our shipping carrier will deliver to the address you provided and if delivery is correct then you will not be eligible for any replacement.

You are welcome to skip a box month by logging into your account and clicking 'SUSPEND'.

Please note that if a subscription is skipped for 6 consecutive months we will offer it to the next person on the waitlist.

There is no limit on skips per year however if a subscription is skipped for 6 consecutive months we will offer it to the next person on the waitlist.

Log in to your account and click on your subscription. Click 'SUSPEND". This will place your subscription on hold until you decide to 'REACTIVATE'

Yes you can! Simply email the Customer Support Team at help@fabledco.au and let us know what you would like to switch to. This needs to be received BEFORE the 20th of the month you'd like to switch for.

Once your subscription order is processing it cannot be REFUNDED or CANCELLED

We provide plenty of time for you to place your account on hold prior to deductions. Fabledish, our newsletter, is sent a minimum of 2 weeks prior and we also remind you in our socials!

Monthly boxes ship from the 20th of the box month.

Shipping does take up to 10 days due to volume so please be patient as depending on where your package is in the schedule it can take time for tracking to update.

The best way to find out accurate shipping is to add your item to cart and go to checkout.

The system will provide an accurate shipping rate prior to any payment.

Shipping takes around 10 days for monthly boxes. General orders and replacements are sent at the end of each week.

Our parcels are collected by bulk pick up by Auspost and head to a distribution centre. Depending on the backlog it can take a few hours for tracking to update.

We recommend our customers wait 24 hours after dispatch.

We guarantee enough copies for all our subscribers.

The Subscriber Early Access is for ACTIVE subscribers ONLY.

To qualify as an ACTIVE subscriber your subscription must not have skipped the two most recent box deductions

Yes you can use a general discount code!

Subscriber only discount codes (received in the Fabled Nights August box) are for active subscribers ONLY.

The code usage will be checked to ensure the buyer is an active subscriber.

All orders using an unauthorised subscriber discount code will be cancelled and refunded based off our refund policy in our Terms and Conditions (deducting a 15% surcharge for processing fees).

Shipping is calculated during the checkout process by our shipping carrier Auspost and is specific to your postal address.

We all love a complete set!! Fabled will work hard to ensure that sets are complete however this is not guaranteed.

No. We also remind you on the product description! Any extra items add to Special Edition orders will be refunded with a 15% fee applied.

Unless the product description states 'ALL SALES ARE FINAL' You are welcome to cancel your order at any time.

If your cancellation is more than 7 days after you placed your order you will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
