Once your subscription order has entered the processing stage, it is non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
We provide ample notice before each billing cycle to allow you to manage your subscription:
Our newsletter, Fabledish, is sent at least two weeks prior to the deduction date.
Reminders are also posted on our social media channels.
To skip a box or place your subscription on hold, please log into your account and select the ‘Suspend’ option before the billing date.
In exceptional circumstances, if you believe you have a valid reason for cancellation after processing has begun, please contact us at help@fabledco.au.
Any approved refunds will be subject to our Terms and Conditions, which include a 15% processing fee deduction.
