About our Waitlist....

To join the waitlist for all our subscription boxes please follow the link HERE

We work hard to offer as many subscriptions as possible each month. On average, you will not wait more than 2 months before receiving an offer.

Waitlist offers typically start hitting inboxes from 25th of the month. Sometimes we start sending them out early – particularly if we have a particularly popular author or book coming up.

To check if you are on the waitlist simply try joining again.

If you have previously received an offer then you may not be on the wait list as once an offer is sent, opened and the link is clicked they are archived.

You are welcome to join the waitlist again at any time.

Your Waitlist Offer will include options for all three Fabled boxes.

You simply click the link to the box you would like to subscribe to.

 

Yes, payment is required at sign up for your first box.

No, it is not possible to skip the first box.

If you are not interested in that months theme you are welcome to stay or rejoin the wait list at a later date.

We will also not apply any payment to future months. 

Your waitlist offer will have full details of all deduction and shipping information. 

We ask that you read through it carefully before starting your subscription so you have an understanding of deduction dates and shipping timeframes.

Our boxes ship from the 20th of the box month. Dispatch can take up to 10 days due to volume. We will notify our subscribers via email and on social media if there are any delays.

Shipping within Australia can take up to 2 weeks.

Shipping internationally can take between 10 days to 6 weeks depending on your location.

Your first box may not arrive before your next deduction as due to shipping times there may be a 6 week gap between sign up and receiving your box.

The short answer is no.

Once an offer has been sent and we are notified you have received it you are removed from the waitlist however you are always welcome to rejoin at any time.

This book will have numerous tiggers on a regular basis so we ask that you please read all the information we send each month.

From contemporary to fantasy to dark romance this box will bring an exciting newly released or first edition book from some of our favourite authors to your door every month.

Each month we will advertised  book and author hints, a sneak peak at a few of the book art details plus spice ratings and any trigger warnings.

All triggers warnings will be clearly provided with the monthly book details. This will give everyone ample opportunity to skip if needed.

This is our FANTASY ROMANCE subscription box. (adult themes with light spice)

This box is for lovers of fantasy who like a hint or sprinkling of romance and spice so maximum story with minimal spice but all the feels!

Each month we will advertise the book and author hints, a sneak peek at a few of the book art details plus spice ratings, and any trigger warnings.

All trigger warnings will be clearly provided with the monthly book details. 

This is our DUET subscription box. This subscription includes BOTH:

FABLED TWILIGHT : our box for lovers of fantasy who like a hint or sprinkling of romance and spice so maximum story with minimal spice but all the feels!

FABLED NIGHTS which will be hotness, naughtiness and some dark and dangerous sexy reads as well as lots of 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶!

This is an ADULT subscription box. While the spice levels in each book will be very different our books will still have ADULT themes.

Each month we will advertise book and author hints, a sneak peek at a few of the book art details plus spice ratings, and any trigger warnings.

So lets discuss Spice Ratings:

As this is an ADULT book box our mild spicy rating going to start in the adult range. Please note: all the titles have romance and some physicality.

🌶️ - Dash of Spice. Sex is had, but not in graphic detail. There is obvious sensuality and sexuality. 

🌶️🌶️ – Pinch of Spice. HEA type intense with some angst and a few twists and turns but more of a super sexy comfort read.

🌶️🌶️🌶️ – Medium spice. Sex is had, in detail. This is a sexy book, and no one is complaining! It might be non-traditional sex.

🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ – Spicy! (this is where Fabled Nights STARTS!) You will definitely need an ice cold drink and the aircon on to cope with this one. The is heavy and detailed, full of heat and yes, you may need to walk it off every now and again.

🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ – HOT HOT HOT Spice! Think heavy breathing, sweating and fanning yourself as you read! And yes this can be triggering and confronting or just straight up make you question your view of the world!

We always ask that our customers be aware of the spice levels of our books and choose options that are comfortable for themselves.

We hate that it has to be said but ultimately you are responsible for your own reading choices. We will work hard to provide a selection of books and all the information you need to make a safe and healthy choice for you but at no time will Fabled nor any member of our team be responsible for Fabled Nights books that got out of hand for you!

Trigger warnings, or content warnings in books, are statements to warn readers of distressing content their pages might contain. This content can potentially harm the reader mentally, triggering stressful episodes, panic attacks, depression, anxiety….

It isn’t always easy to tell what you’re getting yourself into when you pick up a new book, and a majority of the time, the back cover won’t have the information necessary to tell if you’re about to read something with potentially triggering themes. Of course, it’s hard to talk about trigger warnings in books without setting a baseline for what potential triggers are, or at least what defines a trigger. Triggers in books are themes or scenarios that elicit an unwanted, usually damaging response from the reader, possibly causing psychological harm to the reader. Because of this rather open-ended definition, it can be hard to determine what counts as a trigger, with some critics arguing that anything could be a trigger depending on the reader. Because of this, we look at common themes and scenes that a large amount of readers deem to be triggering, such as rape, sexual assault/harassment, physical/emotional abuse, vivid descriptions of gore/death, and sexual themes. These can range from isolated incidents to an overarching theme throughout the entire story, depending on the book and the readers.

The way a person experiences a book’s content is, obviously, very personal and each and every reader has their own reaction to a book’s content. By including trigger or content warnings, in book reviews, in the book itself, we allow every person to experience the book on their own terms.

Questions and Information about your SUBSCRIPTION...

Deductions for all Fabled boxes are from the 25th of the previous month.

On sign up you will be asked to pay for your first box. After this your deductions will be brought in line with our deduction date for your next box.

For example if the next box is March then your deduction will occur on February 25th.

We are unable to use PayPal for our subscriptions as our shipping costs are linked directly with our website. PayPal subscription payments are required to be linked through PayPal and does not allow for dynamic shipping rates.

While PayPal is available as a payment option on our site it can only be used for one off payments such as special editions or shop items.

If you do process your subscription using PayPal it will not complete and PayPal will automatically cancel your payment after a few days which will also cancel your subscription.

We have chosen to process deductions in the last week of the month prior to the box month to allow for bookish budgeting.

Many deductions for other boxes and bills come out on the first day of the month which can cause financial pressure.

This renewal allows better management of our subscriptions and personal budgets – because beautiful books do not make for suitable shelter or transport sadly.

To place your subscription on hold follow the following steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on the active subscription you would like to place on hold.
  3. Once in the subscription click 'SUSPEND".

This will place your subscription on hold until you make it active again.

We have unlimited skips throughout the year. So you are welcome to place your subscription on hold at any time for consecutive months.

PLEASE NOTE:

If your subscription is on hold for more than two months you will not have EARLY ACCESS to any new releases, special editions or sales.

If your subscription remains on hold for 6 (six) consecutive months then we will cancel it and offer your spot to the waitlist.

Your address can be changed at any time by logging in to your account and updating your details.

PLEASE NOTE: Address changes will not apply to any 'Processing' orders.

Please email us here if you need to update an order address.

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions you can cancel an order within 7 days of placing it.

You cannot cancel or refer orders after this time.

Questions and Information about MY ACCOUNT...

If you’ve forgotten your password, the first thing you’ll need to do is go to the login page.

On the login page, you’ll see a link that says “Forgot Password.” Click on that link and you’ll be taken to a new page.

On the new page, you’ll be prompted to enter your username or email address. Once you’ve entered your information, click on the “Reset Password” button. You’ll then be taken to a new page where you can enter a new password.

Once you’ve entered your new password, click on the “Update Password” button. You should then be able to log in with your new password.

Please note that address will NOT update on any processing orders so if you have a current subscription and would like any processing orders updated please email us HERE so your address can be updated manually.

It’s easy to update your credit card on our website. Here’s how:

1. Log in to your Account.

2. Click on the “My Account” link at the top of the page.

3. Click on the “Billing & Payment” link in the My Account menu.

4. Click on the “Edit” button next to your credit card information.

5. Enter your new credit card information and click on the “Save Changes” button.

In the rush of excitement it is likely you accidentally checkout as a guest which is why you cannot see your order when you log in to your account.

Questions and Information about box THEMES...

Yes there is – we curate a theme to capture the aesthetic and content of each book to tantalise and tease our subscribers (sorry not sorry)!

Themes are emailed to current subscribers then announced via our social media accounts approximately 1-2 weeks before the subscription renewal or subscription offers are sent.

We share plenty of information on the author and book – without naming names.

All the information we provide can be used to easily find the title we are planning to feature without spoiling for those who like the surprise.

We also provide a spice rating and trigger warnings to ensure all readers are able to make the choice of if a book is suitable for their personal taste.

On some occasions we do announce the specific author, book title or even reveal the cover.

Monthly subscription boxes are shipped from the 20th of each month. Shipping can take up to 10 days to complete due to volumes.

To find your tracking number in your account simply log in and click on the order you are trying to track. You will find your tracking number included in your order details.

Once an order is complete we send you an email which includes a tracking number and link.

Once your order is dispatch our carrier Auspost also sends you an email with your tracking number.

Questions and Information about Fabled SPECIAL EDITION RELEASES

We release Special Editions every 2-3 months.

Any upcoming releases are announced on our Instagram and Facebook pages.

We not do reprint any of our special editions.

Once sold out they are no longer available through Fabled.

Once a special edition is sold out we are unable to provide addition copies.

If a special edition is password protected it is no longer available for general sale. 

This means that this Special Edition has already been open for General Sale and any remaining copies are only available to subscribers.

Access to Early Release for Special Editions is for subscribers to Fabled Nights, Twilight or the Duet box only.
