WILL YOU SELL OUT DURING THE SUBSCRIBER EARLY ACCESS?

We can guarantee we have enough copies for all our subscribers.

CAN I PASS ON MY SUBSCRIBER EARLY ACCESS TO A FRIEND?

The Subscriber Early Access is for subscribers ONLY. Our system will automatically cancel orders that are placed with the Subscriber Early Access code by anyone who isn’t a subscriber. The set will be refunded based off our refund policy in our Terms and Conditions (deducting a 15% surcharge for processing fees).

WILL YOU SELL OUT BEFORE GENERAL ACCESS BECOMES AVAILABLE?
We can guarantee that there will be copies available for general access (anyone who is not a subscriber) after our subscribers have first access.

WHEN WILL GENERAL ACCESS BEGIN AND END?

General access begins on Friday 23^rd September and will continue until all the sets have sold out… this could be 2 hours or even 1 week later… it all depends on how quickly the sets get snapped up!

HOW MUCH IS THE NEVER AFTER SET?
The Never After set is AUD$145 plus shipping – shipping is calculated at the CHECKOUT.

ALL prices on our website (including the amount displayed at checkout) are listed in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS (AUD).

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

You can pay using credit card or PayPal. PayPal Pay in 4 is also available for this set.
Please note we cannot accept firstborns, human organs, or souls as payment at this time.

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER AND AM HAVING ISSUES PAYING WITH MY CREDIT CARD… WHAT DO I DO?

Unfortunately because we are based in Australia, it isn’t uncommon for our international customers to experience payment issues due to their bank blocking the payment for protection/safety reasons. Please contact your bank to check if they have placed any protection/safety blocks.

CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?
Yes you can use a general discount code!
Subscriber only discount codes (received in the Fabled Nights August box) are for active subscribers ONLY.

The code usage will be checked to ensure the buyer is an active subscriber. All orders using an unauthorised subscriber discount code will be cancelled and refunded based off our refund policy in our Terms and Conditions (deducting a 15% surcharge for processing fees).

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is calculated during the checkout process by our shipping carrier Auspost and is specific to your postal address.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship to every country Auspost allows us to!

IS THIS SET PART OF THE SUBSCRIPTION?
No, this set is a standalone pre-order Special Edition and is not part of the monthly subscription.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE NEVER AFTER SET?

The Never After set is scheduled to ship in January 2023.

ARE THESE BOOKS SIGNED?
The amazing Emily McIntire will be signing bookplates for the Never After sets! Each set will include one signed bookplate.

CAN I ADD EXTRA PRODUCTS FROM THE FABLED WEBSITE TO MY NEVER AFTER ORDER TO SAVE ON SHIPPING COSTS?

No you cannot add any extra products to your cart when purchasing the Never After set. If extra items are included, the items will be refunded based off our refund policy in our Terms and Conditions (deducting a 15% surcharge for processing fees).

CAN I BUY MORE THAN ONE SET?
Purchases are strictly limited to one per customer. Our system will automatically cancel and issue a refund on orders that indicated that the customer has purchased more than one set… and trust us, our system is very good at spotting any sneaky purchases. Cancelled orders will be refunded based off our refund policy in our Terms and Conditions (deducting a 15% surcharge for processing fees).

ARE THESE BOOKS ADULT?
Yes, they are very, very dark and spicy with a number of triggers. These are NOT warm and fuzzy fairy tale retellings. The Never After set is ONLY available to those who are 18+ years old.

I CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I GET A REFUND?
