We want to share an important update regarding recent changes impacting shipments to the European Union (EU).

Starting December 9th, 2024, new General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) will come into effect, requiring all businesses shipping products into the EU to meet specific compliance standards. This includes updated VAT registration requirements and new documentation for customs clearance.

What Does This Mean for Fabled Orders?
As we work to align with these new regulations, we are currently in the process of securing VAT registration to ensure a seamless shipping experience for our EU customers. Until this process is complete, shipments to EU addresses may experience delays.

How Are We Addressing This?
We are working diligently with our shipping partners and regulatory authorities to finalize all necessary compliance. Our goal is to minimize disruptions and resume shipping as soon as possible.

For Existing Orders:
If you have a subscription or store order awaiting shipment, rest assured that your items are safe with us. Once we meet all compliance requirements, we will prioritize sending your order without delay.

For New Orders:
You can continue to place orders through our store, but please be aware that shipping may be temporarily paused while we finalise compliance.
